Getting in touch
There is no contact form on this page. Mail sent from your own address leaves you holding a copy of what you wrote, and it reaches the same person a form would. Pick the address that matches what you need.
Two things you can do without waiting
Most messages ask for one of these, and both are already yours to do.
Reset your password
A reset link goes to the address on the account. Nobody else needs to be involved, and it works whether you have forgotten the old password or simply want a new one.
Account settings
Your name, two-step verification, what you are notified about, and deleting your account for good. Sign in and it is all on one page.
Send it to the address that fits
Sorting it before you send means it lands in front of the right person the first time instead of being forwarded twice.
Account help
Sign-in trouble, a verification mail that never arrived, or an account you want removed and cannot get into to remove yourself. Send it from the address you signed up with if you still can, because that is what saves a round of identity checks.
Something broken in a world
A build that never finished, a wave that resolved in a way you cannot explain, a Zip stuck in a state it should have left. Three things turn a report into a fix:
- The name of the world, so the right save gets opened.
- Roughly when it happened. To the nearest hour is close enough.
- What you expected instead. Some reports turn out to be the game working as designed, and this is the line that tells the two apart.
Privacy requests
Access, erasure, portability, or an objection to something being done with your data. Say which of those you are asking for, and send it from the address on the account.
An answer comes within one month. That is the window the GDPR sets, not a target set here.
Read the privacy policyAnything else
Press, a broken link on this site, a balance change you think the game needs, or a question none of the above covers. Everything gets read. Not everything gets a reply.
